Information You Need To Know
We will have babysitting available in one of the rooms near the hotel lobby, from 6pm – 2am Thursday, Friday and Saturday nights for a set cost, per child.
During the day, you can utilize Angel Sitters to babysit your children, if you wish to attend events. You can access their website at www.angelsitters.com for more information and pricing. All Angel Sitters are carefully screened and are reliable, caring individuals, who are experienced in infant and child care. If you have any questions, you can contact their office directly at 713-467-0210.
Hairdressers will be available by appointment only at the Houston Westchase Marriott Hotel. We will have a sign-up sheet available at Registration, to book your appointment. There is limited space. Reservations are made on a first-come, first-serve basis. The Hair Salon will only be available on Saturday, 7/8/2017. Your hair must be ready for styling. No shampooing or haircuts will be provided.
To reserve multiple seats or a table, all badges MUST BE presented at time of reservation. One seat per badge. For multiple seats, badges must be presented for each seat. NO EXCEPTIONS! The sign-up for Banquet Seating will be available during Registration hours (see schedule of events located on our website). Reservations are made on a first-come, first-serve basis (with presented badges).
The cost per hookah/argileh is $25.00 and will be available for use in the Hookah Tent.
It is important to keep your badge on you at ALL times. Badges must be on persons for security reasons.
